Welcome! I’m so excited that you have landed here.

It was through the pursuit of my own spiritual journey that this website came to be. It has taken me a long time to muster the courage. I had to dig deep within my soul. Finally, when I asked myself: would you leave this planet without doing this work? The answer is no. 

Tapping into my soul has been one of the most difficult and most rewarding journeys of my life.

I wonder how many of us do understand the soul, and how it is affected by the experiences in our lives; the traumas and the joys and everything in between. Do we care for our soul, do we ignore it?  Do we even feel that there is a soul?  

The soul is our essence, and how we show up in the world is dictated by the health of our soul. I am moved to share what I have learned; to guide if there is a need or interest in exploring your own soul’s purpose. My purpose and mission is to nurture and support you in your spiritual journey. 

This website and the practices herein represent a lengthy pursuit of my own spiritual discovery. I became a Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master, a Life Coach, and a Spiritual Healer because of the exploration of my soul.
